Thank you for being interested in a commission. I look forward to working with you to create something extra special.

Depending on your interest and budget, there are two popular directions for a custom piece:

An original painting.
A Custom Digital Print.

Whatever your interest, I will work with you to create an original artwork that aligns with your personal style & budget.

Initial outreach.

The first step in the commission process is to get in touch via this website and share the general project intent. A contact form is located below. I will respond by email with a few simple questions.

Working with you

We'll schedule a phone or Zoom call to discuss your style and desired aesthetic along with your color preferences. Feel free to share as much information as you like. Some of that information might be:

The color scheme in the room where the piece is intended to hang, the size you'd like, and the style. (My sizing and pricing table is located below.)
If you've been inspired by any of my previous works or my Instagram profile, this is a great time to mention it. It adds to the discussion and helps me understand what you'd like.

At the end of this first step, I will send you a summary of our conversation and a quote.

Digital mockups

Upon receiving an approved quote & signed agreement, I will create a minimum of 3 digital mockups featuring the placement of the art within the desired location. Based on your feedback, I'll provide 1-2 more additional mockups for final review.

Executing the Piece

Upon approval of the final review, I will communicate the estimated completion date of the artwork.

DELIVERY OF FINAL ARTWORK

Finished original paintings may be picked up at the studio, delivered for a fee, or shipped.

Size / Cost

The cost of an original painting is determined by the size of the canvas. There is a sampling of standard sizes (listed below). I can also have custom sizes made as well. I often paint on canvas or masonite. Please note that custom prints from existing pieces go through the same process but have a different price point.
